Are you a home loan specialist? We are looking for a motivated mortgage broker to join our team. Loan Gallery Finance is a growing business seeking Victoria’s top lending experts that specialise in customer care. If you have a hunger and desire to succeed, please read on! As specialists in construction finance, we are the largest brokerage in our field with an industry leading reputation for innovation and success! We are partnered with Australia’s largest builder, Metricon Homes and use our lending knowledge and solid relationships to assist people secure the purchase of their next property.Duties and Responsibilities::
- Follow up on all leads provided
- Conduct fact finding interviews
- Coordinate loan files
- Provide accurate and timely updates to customers during the loan application life cycle
- Ensure Loan Gallery Finance compliance documents and information are completed correctly for all customers
- Develop new business and ensure recurring business from clients
- Liaison with key lenders, including banks, insurance companies and other specialized finance companies
- Build networking and referral systems
- Analyse applicant’s financial situation and provide possible loan solutions
- Originate loans in order to sell to lending authorities
- Evaluate financial histories, salary slips and tax information
- Verify borrower’s income and credit information

About You:
- You must be a ‘People’s Person’ with a Can-Do attitude
- You must have the ability of building relationships over the phone &/ virtually
- Must have a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
- Have a real passion for doing the right thing by the customer
- Mortgage lending experience ESSENTIAL
- The ability to consistently build trust effectively and nurture relationships
- Be tenacious, coupled with a strong work ethic
