This prestigious award recognises Rachael’s leadership, dedication and the meaningful contribution she continues to make to Loan Gallery Finance and the wider mortgage and finance industry.
Held on 16 October 2026 at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, the Australian Mortgage Awards celebrate excellence across the mortgage and finance industry, recognising the outstanding achievements of Australia’s leading brokers, brokerages, lenders and other industry professionals. Presented by Mortgage Professional Australia and Australian Broker, the annual awards recognise individuals and organisations making a significant contribution to the industry.
Rachael’s achievement is a proud moment for our entire team and one we are thrilled to celebrate.
Leadership and Impact at Loan Gallery Finance
With over five years of industry experience, Rachael has developed extensive knowledge across residential lending, commercial lending and asset finance.
As Operations Manager at Loan Gallery Finance, she oversees operations and leads our administration teams across Australia, the Philippines and India. Her work spans process improvement, technology strategy, customer retention and business growth, alongside mentoring emerging brokers and supporting complex lending scenarios.
Rachael has also pioneered Loan Gallery’s corporate social responsibility program, helping establish community partnerships, local sporting club sponsorships and volunteering opportunities.
Her commitment to supporting our team, clients and wider community is a reflection of the passion and leadership she brings to her role.
Creating Opportunities Through Financial Education
Beyond her responsibilities at Loan Gallery, Rachael is passionate about making financial education and homeownership more accessible to Australians.
As Co-Founder of Lioness Loans Co, she helps empower single mothers through financial coaching, education and a supportive community.
The initiative has already delivered three group financial coaching courses, helping single mothers build financial confidence and take meaningful steps towards their homeownership goals.
This work is supported through Loan Gallery’s Loans for Good initiative, with home loans processed by Rachael helping fund financial education opportunities for single mothers.
Rachael is also a Founding Partner and Strategy and Impact Manager at Lioness Den, an emerging charity focused on affordable housing and support for single mothers and their families. She also volunteers with BridgeIt, providing financial education to young women and gender-diverse people who have experienced housing insecurity.
Through these initiatives, Rachael continues to demonstrate how the finance industry can create meaningful opportunities beyond traditional lending.
